Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time — but we're working on it! Stay tuned.


Processing & delivery times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and handling before your item is shipped out.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. We appreciate your patience — good things take a little time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, expect processing to begin the following Monday.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at mayurilabel@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, if your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us — we'll do our best to help.

Reach out at mayurilabel@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.

Please allow the full 14-day window before reaching out about a delayed order, as packages occasionally take longer during peak periods.
