As a small business, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased items. We appreciate your understanding and support — it means the world to us as we grow.

We take great care in packing every order, but sometimes things happen in transit. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at mayurilabel@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

We'll do our best to make it right — if the same item is still available, we'll send you a replacement. If stock is unavailable, we'll work with you on the best resolution possible.

Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can look into it promptly.


Given our no-return policy, all items — including sale items — are non-returnable. We encourage you to review product details carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

 

Refunds are only issued in cases where a damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
